The accusations are not new
– they’re known since years and were also heard during Indonesia’s war in Aceh, not to mention Cambodia’s Khmer Rouge…: Thailand serving as a regional hub for arms smuggling.
Ian Williams’ TV report below is a nice piece of investigative journalism, visiting a small shipyard in southern Phuket assembling a scrap metal, purpose-built mini submarine for the Tamil Tigers.
